Climate Controlled

Geothermal heated and air conditioned units are available to help protect items that are sensitive to extreme heat and cold and to help control humidity and dust. Climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 50-75 degrees year round. Air is exchanged 2.5 times per hour. All climate controlled units have lights on the inside of the unit.

 

All buildings have:

• wood roofs and asphalt shingles, ridge vents and eave vents (allows for good air circulation)

• rain gutters above doors to underground tile

• 2" rain lips on all doors to prevent water seeping under doors

• wide drive around buildings

• no flat roofs—all 4 1/2 gable roofs

• all solid walls and ceilings, some with lights

• free 24 hour access, 7 days a week

• fenced—security coded gates and lights
